The remote web server is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The version of IBM MQ Server running on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the 7238310 advisory.

 - An IBM MQ Client connecting to an MQ Queue Manager can cause a SIGSEGV in the AMQRMPPA channel process terminating it. CWE: CWE-416: Use After Free (CVE-2025-3631)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to IBM MQ 9.4.0.12 LTS, 9.4.3, 9.4.3 CD or later.
