Synopsis

The remote TencentOS Server 3 host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of Tencent Linux installed on the remote TencentOS Server 3 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the TSSA-2024:0015 advisory.

Package updates are available for TencentOS Server 3 that fix the following vulnerabilities:

CVE-2022-48560:
A use-after-free exists in Python through 3.9 via heappushpop in heapq.

CVE-2022-48564:
read_ints in plistlib.py in Python through 3.9.1 is vulnerable to a potential DoS attack via CPU and RAM exhaustion when processing malformed Apple Property List files in binary format.
