Synopsis
The remote TencentOS Server 2 host is missing one or more security updates.Description
The version of Tencent Linux installed on the remote TencentOS Server 2 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the TSSA-2024:0042 advisory.Package updates are available for TencentOS Server 2 that fix the following vulnerabilities:
CVE-2023-20592:
A flaw was found in some of AMD CPU's due to improper or unexpected behavior of the INVD. This issue may allow an attacker with a malicious hypervisor to affect cache line write-back behavior of the CPU, potentially leading to a loss of guest virtual machine (VM) memory integrity.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
