Synopsis
The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update for fwupd.Description
The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2024:1403 advisory.- fwupd: world readable password in /etc/fwupd/redfish.conf (CVE-2022-3287)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
