The remote CentOS host is missing a security update for krb5-devel.

Description

The remote CentOS Linux 9 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the krb5-1.19.1-22.el9 build changelog.

- The Key Distribution Center (KDC) in MIT Kerberos 5 (aka krb5) before 1.18.5 and 1.19.x before 1.19.3 has a NULL pointer dereference in kdc/do_tgs_req.c via a FAST inner body that lacks a server field.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the CentOS 9 Stream krb5-devel package.
