Synopsis
The remote Amazon Linux 2 host is missing a security update.Description
The version of ncurses installed on the remote host is prior to 6.0-8.20170212. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2-2024-2380 advisory.- NCurse v6.4-20230418 was discovered to contain a segmentation fault via the component _nc_wrap_entry().

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
