Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

 - Improper authorization in GitLab CE/EE affecting all versions since 12.6 allowed guest users to create issues for Sentry errors and track their status (CVE-2021-22256)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 13.12.9, 14.0.7, 14.1.2 or later.
