Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

- An issue has been discovered affecting GitLab versions prior to 13.5. An open redirect vulnerability was fixed in GitLab integration with Jira that a could cause the web application to redirect the request to the attacker specified URL. (CVE-2022-0283)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 14.5.4, 14.6.4, 14.7.1 or later.
