Synopsis

The remote web server hosts an application that is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The version of ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP installed on the remote host is prior to 10.6 Build 10609. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the service-desk-msp_cve-2022-40773 advisory.

 - Zoho ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP before 10609 and SupportCenter Plus before 11025 are vulnerable to privilege escalation. This allows users to obtain sensitive data during an exportMickeyList export of requests from the list view. (CVE-2022-40773)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP version 10.6 Build 10609 or later.
