The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch.


The version of F5 Networks BIG-IP installed on the remote host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the K40625021 advisory.

- A vulnerability in BIG-IP APM portal access 11.5.1-11.5.7, 11.6.0-11.6.3, and 12.1.0-12.1.3 discloses the BIG-IP software version in rewritten pages. (CVE-2018-15310)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.


Upgrade to one of the non-vulnerable versions listed in the F5 Solution K40625021.
