The remote Oracle Linux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 6 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ELSA-2023-5178 advisory.

- There is a stack overflow vulnerability in ash.c:6030 in busybox before 1.35. In the environment of Internet of Vehicles, this vulnerability can be executed from command to arbitrary code execution.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected busybox and / or busybox-petitboot packages.
