Description

The remote host is affected by the vulnerability described in GLSA-202310-05 (dav1d: Denial of Service)

- VideoLAN dav1d before 1.2.0 has a thread_task.c race condition that can lead to an application crash, related to dav1d_decode_frame_exit. (CVE-2023-32570)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

All dav1d users should upgrade to the latest version:
