Synopsis

The remote host has an application installed that is affected by an incorrect file permissions vulnerability.

Description

The version of Docker Desktop for Windows is prior to 4.5.0. It is therefore affected by a vulnerability that allows attackers to move arbitrary files.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Docker Desktop version 4.5.0 or later
