Synopsis

The remote Oracle Linux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ELSA-2019-2017 advisory.

- An issue was discovered in zsh before 5.6. Shebang lines exceeding 64 characters were truncated, potentially leading to an execve call to a program name that is a substring of the intended one.
(CVE-2018-13259)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected zsh and / or zsh-html packages.
