Synopsis

The remote CBL Mariner host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The version of reaper installed on the remote CBL Mariner 2.0 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CVE-2018-11694 advisory.

 - An issue was discovered in LibSass through 3.5.4. A NULL pointer dereference was found in the function Sass::Functions::selector_append which could be leveraged by an attacker to cause a denial of service (application crash) or possibly have unspecified other impact. (CVE-2018-11694)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
