A web application is affected by a path traversal vulnerability.

Description

The D-Link D-View 8 probe server running on the remote host is affected by a path traversal vulnerability. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via a specially crafted TFTP message, to upload arbitrary files to arbitrary directories on the remote host.

Solution

Upgrade to version 2.0.1.28 or later.
