Description

The remote Fedora 37 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the FEDORA-2023-6f16e3bcee advisory.

- The HTML-StripScripts module through 1.06 for Perl allows _hss_attval_style ReDoS because of catastrophic backtracking for HTML content with certain style attributes. (CVE-2023-24038)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Update the affected perl-HTML-StripScripts package.
