Synopsis

The remote host is affected by by a command injection vulnerability

Description

The versions of Okta Advanced Server Access Client installed on the remote host is affected by a command injection vulnerability via a specially crafted URL. An attacker, who has knowledge of a valid team name for the victim and also knows a valid target host where the user has access, can execute commands on the local system.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to version 1.58.0 or later
