The remote Amazon Linux 2 host is missing a security update.

Description

The version of python-pillow installed on the remote host is prior to 2.0.0-23.gitd1c6db8. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2-2023-2087 advisory.

- An issue was discovered in Pillow before 8.1.1. In TiffDecode.c, there is a negative-offset memcpy with an invalid size. (CVE-2021-25290)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Run 'yum update python-pillow' to update your system.
