Synopsis
The remote Amazon Linux 2023 host is missing a security update.Description
It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALAS2023-2023-036 advisory.- HarfBuzz 2.9.0 has an out-of-bounds write in hb_bit_set_invertible_t::set (called from hb_sparseset_t<hb_bit_set_invertible_t>::set and hb_set_copy). (CVE-2021-45931)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
