high Nessus Plugin ID 171557

Synopsis

Adobe Premiere Rush installed on the remote Windows host is affected by multiple arbitrary code execution vulnerabilities

Description

The version of Adobe Premiere Rush installed on the remote Windows host is version less than or equal to 2.6. It is, therefore, affected by multiple arbitrary code execution vulnerabilities due to a stack-based buffer overflow and a use after free condition.

Note that Nessus has not attempted to exploit these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe Premiere Rush version 2.7 or later.
