Synopsis

The remote SAP NetWeaver ABAP server may be affected by a cross-site scripting vulnerability.

Description

The ABAP Keyword Documentation of SAP NetWeaver Application Server for ABAP and ABAP Platform does not sufficiently encode user-controlled inputs, resulting in Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability. On successful exploitation an attacker can cause limited impact on confidentiality and integrity of the application.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
