Description

The remote Debian 10 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the dla-3248 advisory.

- Libksba before 1.6.3 is prone to an integer overflow vulnerability in the CRL signature parser.
(CVE-2022-47629)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade the libksba packages.

For Debian 10 buster, this problem has been fixed in version 1.3.5-2+deb10u2.
