Synopsis

The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2022:8673 advisory.

 - kernel: KVM: cmpxchg_gpte can write to pfns outside the userspace region (CVE-2022-1158)
