The version of F5 Networks BIG-IP installed on the remote host is prior to / / 17.0.0. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the K00721320 advisory.

- In versions 16.1.x before and 15.1.x before, when BIG-IP AFM Network Address Translation policy with IPv6/IPv4 translation rules is configured on a virtual server, undisclosed requests can cause an increase in memory resource utilization. (CVE-2022-41806)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.


Upgrade to one of the non-vulnerable versions listed in the F5 Solution K00721320.
