Description

The version of GitLab installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability, as follows:

 - Bypass of healthcheck endpoint allow list affecting all versions from 12.0 prior to 15.2.5, 15.3 prior to 15.3.4, and 15.4 prior to 15.4.1 allows an unauthorized attacker to prevent access to GitLab (CVE-2022-3285)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to GitLab version 15.2.5, 15.3.4, 15.4.1 or later.
