Synopsis

Adobe RoboHelp installed on the remote host is affected by a cross-site scripting vulnerability.

Description

The version of Adobe RoboHelp installed on the remote host is 2020 prior to RH2020.0.8. It is, therefore, affected by a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this to execute arbitrary script code.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe RoboHelp 2020 version RH2020.0.8 or later.
