Checks if Microsoft HyperV RemoteFX vGPU is enabled.

Description

Microsoft HyperV RemoteFX vGPU is enabled on the remote Windows host. The RemoteFX vGPU component allows the host to share its GPU with virtual machines.

Note: Microsoft introduced the RemoteFX vGPU feature with Windows 7, Windows Server 2012 R2 and Windows 2016. The component was later disabled and then removed in Windows 10 version 1809, and Windows Server 2019.
