Synopsis

The version of Adobe Character Animator installed on the remote Windows host is missing a vendor-supplied patch.

Description

The version of Adobe Character Animator 2021 installed on the remote Windows host is prior to 4.4.7 or 22.4. It is, therefore affected by an out-of-bounds write flaw which can result in arbitrary code execution.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Adobe Character Animator 2021 version 4.4.7, Adobe Character Animator 2022 version 22.4, or later.
