The remote CentOS host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote CentOS Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CESA-2022:2110 advisory.

 - grub2: Incorrect permission in grub.cfg allow unprivileged user to read the file content (CVE-2021-3981)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
