The remote Ubuntu host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 18.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the USN-5356-1 advisory.

- A buffer overflow in DOSBox 0.74-2 allows attackers to execute arbitrary code. (CVE-2019-7165)

- DOSBox 0.74-2 has Incorrect Access Control. (CVE-2019-12594)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected dosbox package.
