An OT application is affected by a path traversal vulnerability.

Description

The Schneider Electric IGSS Data Server (IGSSdataServer.exe) running on the remote host is affected by a path traversal vulnerability due to the lack of proper validation of a user-supplied path prior to using it in file operations.
An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via a specially crafted payload, to execute code in the context of the user running the process.

Solution

Upgrade IGSS IGSSdataServer.exe to version 15.0.0.22021 or later.
