Synopsis

The remote Oracle Linux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Oracle Linux 8 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ELSA-2022-0001 advisory.

 - net/http in Go before 1.16.12 and 1.17.x before 1.17.5 allows uncontrolled memory consumption in the header canonicalization cache via HTTP/2 requests. (CVE-2021-44716)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected grafana package.
