Synopsis
The remote Red Hat host is missing a security update for rh-nginx116-nginx.Description
The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 7 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the RHSA-2021:2278 advisory.- nginx: Off-by-one in ngx_resolver_copy() when labels are followed by a pointer to a root domain name (CVE-2021-23017)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
