Description

The remote CentOS Linux 8 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the CESA-2020:1653 advisory.

- zziplib: directory traversal in unzzip_cat in the bins/unzzipcat-mem.c (CVE-2018-17828)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected zziplib, zziplib-devel and / or zziplib-utils packages.
