Synopsis

The remote web server hosts an application that is affected by an arbitrary file upload vulnerability.

Description

An arbitrary file upload vulnerability exists in ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus. A low privilege authenticated, remote attacker can exploit this by uploading arbitrary files to the remote host with the potential to execute arbitrary code on the server.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus version 10.0 build 10012 or later.
