A web application running on the remote host is affected by a code code injection vulnerability.

Description

The IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center running on the remote host is version 7.1.x < 7.1.11.000 or 8.1.x < 8.1.10.000. It is, therefore, vulnerable to a code injection vulnerability which could allow an unauthenticated, remote attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to IBM Spectrum Protect 7.1.11.000 / 8.1.10.000 or later.
