New! Vulnerability Priority Rating (VPR)
Tenable calculates a dynamic VPR for every vulnerability. VPR combines vulnerability information with threat intelligence and machine learning algorithms to predict which vulnerabilities are most likely to be exploited in attacks. Read more about what VPR is and how it's different from CVSS.

SynopsisThe remote Ubuntu host is missing one or more security updates.
DescriptionThe remote Ubuntu 16.04 LTS host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the USN-4609-1 advisory.
- GONICUS GOsa version before commit 56070d6289d47ba3f5918885954dcceb75606001 contains a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability in change password form (html/password.php, #308) that can result in injection of arbitrary web script or HTML. This attack appear to be exploitable via the victim must open a specially crafted web page. This vulnerability appears to have been fixed in after commit 56070d6289d47ba3f5918885954dcceb75606001. (CVE-2018-1000528)
- Incorrect Access Control in the LDAP class of GONICUS GOsa through 2019-04-11 allows an attacker to log into any account with a username containing the case-insensitive substring success when an arbitrary password is provided. (CVE-2019-11187)
- The GOsa_Filter_Settings cookie in GONICUS GOsa 18.104.22.168 is vulnerable to PHP objection injection, which allows a remote authenticated attacker to perform file deletions (in the context of the user account that runs the web server) via a crafted cookie value, because unserialize is used to restore filter settings from a cookie. (CVE-2019-14466)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
