Synopsis

The remote Ubuntu host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote Ubuntu 16.04 LTS host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-4590-1 advisory.

- Multiple incomplete blacklist vulnerabilities in the avatar upload functionality in manageuser.php in Collabtive before 2.1 allow remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code by uploading a file with a (1) .php3, (2) .php4, (3) .php5, or (4) .phtml extension. (CVE-2015-0258)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected collabtive package.
