The Adobe Media Encoder installed on the remote host is affected by multiple out-of-bounds read errors (APSB20-57)

Description

The version of Adobe Media Encoder installed on the remote host is prior to 14.4. It is, therefore, affected by multiple out-of-bounds read errors that could be exploited to read past the end of an allocated buffer, possibly resulting in a crash or disclosure of sensitive information from other memory locations. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Upgrace Adobe Media Encoder to version 14.4 or later.
