Synopsis

The remote web application server admin console is affected by a cross-site scripting vulnerability

Description

A cross-site scripting vulnerability exists in WebSphere Application Server Admin Console. A user can embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI, potentially altering intended functionality leading to possible credential disclosure within a trusted session

Solution

Upgrade to IBM WebSphere Application Server version reccomended in the vendor advisory.
