An application running on the remote web server is affected by multiple vulnerabilities

Description

According to its self-reported version number, the Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) installation running on the remote web server is 16.2.x prior to 16.2.20.0, 17.12.x prior to 17.12.17.1, 18.8.x prior to 18.8.18.2, 19.12.1.x prior to 19.12.4.0, and 20.1.x up to and including 20.2.0.0. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

 - Primavera P6 EPPM product of Oracle Construction and Engineering is vulnerable to unauthorized read/write access vulnerablity. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker, and while the vulnerability is in Primavera P6 EPPM, attacks may significantly impact additional products and can cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Primavera P6 EPPM. This issue affects the 'Project Manager' component. (CVE-2020-2594)

 - Primavera P6 EPPM product of Oracle Construction and Engineering is vulnerable to unauthorized read/write access vulnerablity. Low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP can compromise Primavera P6 EPPM.
 This issue affects the 'Project Manager' component. (CVE-2020-2706) Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Oracle Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM) version 16.2.20.0 / 17.12.17.1 / 18.8.18.2 / 19.12.4.0 / 20.3.0.0 or later.
