New! Plugin Severity Now Using CVSS v3

The calculated severity for Plugins has been updated to use CVSS v3 by default. Plugins that do not have a CVSS v3 score will fall back to CVSS v2 for calculating severity. Severity display preferences can be toggled in the settings dropdown.

The remote web server is affected by a denial of service vulnerability.

The remote host appears to be running a version of Apache 2.0.x prior to 2.0.49. It is, therefore, affected by a denial of service vulnerability in the 'mod_ssl' module. An attacker can exploit this to deny service to the Apache server.

Upgrade to Apache web server version 2.0.49 or later.
