F5 Networks BIG-IP : TMM vulnerability (K27044729)

Low Nessus Plugin ID 118648

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch.

Under certain conditions, theTraffic Management Microkernel (TMM) may restart and produce a core file while processing BIG-IP APM data.

This vulnerability allows remote attackers to cause a denial of service (DoS) on the BIG-IP system. The BIG-IP system will temporarily fail to process traffic as it recovers from a TMM restart, and devices configured in a device group may fail over.

Upgrade to one of the non-vulnerable versions listed in the F5 Solution K27044729.
