Synopsis

The remote web server contains an ASP.NET application that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The version of DNN Platform (formerly DotNetNuke) running on the remote host is 5.0.0 or later but prior to 9.2.2. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities including a leaked cryptographic information vulnerability and a cross-site scripting vulnerability.
An authenticated attacker could leverage these vulnerabilities to gain additional unintended access.

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to DNN Platform version 9.2.2 or later.
