CVE-2026-50010Netty is a network application framework for development of protocol servers and clients. Prior to versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final, SimpleTrustManagerFactory.engineGetTrustManagers() and related paths wrap any user-supplied plain X509TrustManager in X509TrustManagerWrapper, which extends X509ExtendedTrustManager but implements the 3-arg checkServerTrusted(chain, authType, SSLEngine) by discarding the SSLEngine and calling the 2-arg delegate. Because the object now IS an X509ExtendedTrustManager, neither SunJSSE's internal AbstractTrustManagerWrapper nor Netty's own OpenSslX509TrustManagerWrapper will re-wrap it to add endpoint-identification. Consequently, even though Netty 4.2 sets endpointIdentificationAlgorithm="HTTPS" by default, a client built with `SslContextBuilder.forClient().trustManager(somePlainX509TrustManager)` performs no hostname verification at all. Versions 4.1.135.Final and 4.2.15.Final patch the issue.

CVE-2026-22797An issue was discovered in OpenStack keystonemiddleware 10.5 through 10.7 before 10.7.2, 10.8 and 10.9 before 10.9.1, and 10.10 through 10.12 before 10.12.1. The external_oauth2_token middleware fails to sanitize incoming authentication headers before processing OAuth 2.0 tokens. By sending forged identity headers such as X-Is-Admin-Project, X-Roles, or X-User-Id, an authenticated attacker may escalate privileges or impersonate other users. All deployments using the external_oauth2_token middleware are affected.

CVE-2026-2044GIMP PGM File Parsing Uninitialized Memory Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of PGM files. The issue results from the lack of proper initialization of memory prior to accessing it. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-28158.

CVE-2026-13676fast-uri versions 2.3.1 through 3.1.2 and 4.0.0 fail to canonicalize Unicode (IDN) hostnames for HTTP-family URLs. The IDN conversion path calls a helper that does not exist on the global URL constructor, silently leaving the host in its original Unicode form while normalize() and equal() still return values that differ from a WHATWG-compatible URL parser. Applications that use fast-uri to enforce host-based policy (denylists, loopback filtering, redirect validation, outbound proxy routing) before passing the same URL to Node's URL or fetch can be bypassed when the two implementations resolve the same input to different hosts. Patches: upgrade to fast-uri 3.1.3 for the 3.x line or 4.0.1 for the 4.x line. Workarounds: enforce host policy using the same URL parser used for the actual request, or reject non-ASCII hosts before policy checks.

CVE-2026-34000A flaw was found in the X.Org X server. This out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the XKB geometry processing, specifically within the `CheckSetGeom()` and `XkbAddGeomKeyAlias` functions, allows an attacker to read uninitialized or out-of-bounds memory. An attacker with a connection to the X11 server, either locally or remotely, can exploit this without user interaction. This could lead to the disclosure of memory contents or cause a denial of service by crashing the server.
critical
CVE-2026-15809A flaw was found in CRI-O. The fix for a previous vulnerability (CVE-2022-4318) was incorrect, allowing it to be bypassed. An attacker capable of setting environment variables on a container can inject a newline character into the HOME environment variable. This issue allows the addition of arbitrary lines into /etc/passwd by use of a specially crafted environment variable.

CVE-2026-59692A stack buffer overflow vulnerability was found in GStreamer's DTLS plugin. During a DTLS handshake, the peer certificate Subject Distinguished Name is printed into a fixed-size 2048-byte stack buffer without bounds checking. A remote unauthenticated attacker can send a certificate with an oversized Subject DN that exceeds the buffer, causing a stack buffer overflow and process crash, resulting in denial of service.

CVE-2026-42584Netty is an asynchronous, event-driven network application framework. Prior to 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final, HttpClientCodec pairs each inbound response with an outbound request by queue.poll() once per response, including for 1xx. If the client pipelines GET then HEAD and the server sends 103, then 200 with GET body, then 200 for HEAD, the queue pairs HEAD with the first 200. The HEAD rule then skips reading that message’s body, so the GET entity bytes stay on the stream and the following 200 is parsed from the wrong offset. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.2.13.Final and 4.1.133.Final.

CVE-2026-2050GIMP HDR File Parsing Heap-based Buffer Overflow Remote Code Execution Vulnerability. This vulnerability allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code on affected installations of GIMP. User interaction is required to exploit this vulnerability in that the target must visit a malicious page or open a malicious file. The specific flaw exists within the parsing of HDR files. The issue results from the lack of proper validation of the length of user-supplied data prior to copying it to a heap-based buffer. An attacker can leverage this vulnerability to execute code in the context of the current process. Was ZDI-CAN-28266.

CVE-2026-49349regclient is a Docker and OCI Registry Client in Go. Prior to version 0.11.5, credentials for a registry may be inadvertently leaked to external servers. A prerequisite for this attack is a malicious registry server, a malicious blob store, or a registry that does not restrict the external URLs for foreign blobs. Version 0.11.5 fixes the issue.

CVE-2026-53572KEDA is a Kubernetes-based Event Driven Autoscaling component. Prior to 2.20.0, pkg/scalers/postgresql_scaler.go constructs libpq-style connection strings from tenant-controlled host, port, userName, dbName, sslmode, and password values, while escapePostgreConnectionParameter() only quotes values containing a literal space. Tabs, newlines, carriage returns, form feeds, vertical tabs, quotes, and backslashes can therefore create additional key-value tokens when pgx parses the string. An attacker able to create or modify a TriggerAuthentication or ScaledObject can inject host or sslmode parameters, redirect the database connection to an attacker-controlled server, expose credentials, or disable intended TLS protection. This issue is fixed in version 2.20.0.

CVE-2026-53622Traefik is an HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. Versions prior to 3.7.3, 3.6.18, and 2.11.51 have a critical vulnerability in Traefik's HTTP/3 (QUIC) TLS configuration selection that allows unauthenticated clients to bypass router-specific mTLS enforcement. When HTTP/3 is enabled on an entrypoint, the TLS handshake selects the applicable TLS configuration through an exact, case-sensitive lookup on the SNI value, which fails to match wildcard host patterns (e.g., *.example.com) or case variants of the configured hostname. Because the handshake falls back to the default TLS configuration — which may not require client certificates — a client can complete the QUIC handshake without presenting a certificate, while the subsequent HTTP routing layer still dispatches the request to a backend protected by a router-specific mTLS policy. The issue affects deployments where HTTP/3 is enabled, a router uses a wildcard Host rule or case-insensitive hostname matching, a router-specific TLSOptions enforces client certificate authentication, and UDP access to the entrypoint is reachable by an attacker. This vulnerability is fixed in versions 3.7.3, 3.6.18, and 2.11.51.

CVE-2026-88045rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. From 1.75.0 until 1.75.1, the serve S3 streamed multipart path in cmd/serve/s3/multipart.go passes attacker-controlled contentLength to multipart.NewRW().Reserve before reading request-body bytes. waitForTurn admits the current part and one oversized part when the buffer is empty despite --multipart-streaming-buffer-limit, and lib/pool allocates 1 MiB pages according to Content-Length or X-Amz-Decoded-Content-Length. A network client can retain or multiply these reservations without sending the declared body, exhausting process or host memory or permanently blocking request handlers. Anonymous S3 deployments require no credentials, while deployments using auth_key require an accepted S3 key. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1.

CVE-2026-21434webtransport-go is an implementation of the WebTransport protocol. From 0.3.0 to 0.9.0, an attacker can cause excessive memory consumption in webtransport-go's session implementation by sending a WT_CLOSE_SESSION capsule containing an excessively large Application Error Message. The implementation does not enforce the draft-mandated limit of 1024 bytes on this field, allowing a peer to send an arbitrarily large message payload that is fully read and stored in memory. This allows an attacker to consume an arbitrary amount of memory. The attacker must transmit the full payload to achieve the memory consumption, but the lack of any upper bound makes large-scale attacks feasible given sufficient bandwidth. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.10.0.

CVE-2025-41118Pyroscope is an open-source continuous profiling database. The database supports various storage backends, including Tencent Cloud Object Storage (COS). If the database is configured to use Tencent COS as the storage backend, an attacker could extract the secret_key configuration value from the Pyroscope API. To exploit this vulnerability, an attacker needs direct access to the Pyroscope API. We highly recommend limiting the public internet exposure of all our databases, such that they are only accessible by trusted users or internal systems. This vulnerability is fixed in versions: 1.15.x: 1.15.2 and above. 1.16.x: 1.16.1 and above. 1.17.x: 1.17.0 and above (i.e. all versions). Thanks to Théo Cusnir for reporting this vulnerability to us via our bug bounty program.

CVE-2026-22039Kyverno is a policy engine designed for cloud native platform engineering teams. Versions prior to 1.16.3 and 1.15.3 have a critical authorization boundary bypass in namespaced Kyverno Policy apiCall. The resolved `urlPath` is executed using the Kyverno admission controller ServiceAccount, with no enforcement that the request is limited to the policy’s namespace. As a result, any authenticated user with permission to create a namespaced Policy can cause Kyverno to perform Kubernetes API requests using Kyverno’s admission controller identity, targeting any API path allowed by that ServiceAccount’s RBAC. This breaks namespace isolation by enabling cross-namespace reads (for example, ConfigMaps and, where permitted, Secrets) and allows cluster-scoped or cross-namespace writes (for example, creating ClusterPolicies) by controlling the urlPath through context variable substitution. Versions 1.16.3 and 1.15.3 contain a patch for the vulnerability.
critical
CVE-2026-95837containerd is an open-source container runtime. From 2.1.0 until 2.2.7 and 2.3.4, containerd's CRI CreateContainer checkpoint restore is vulnerable because CRIU restores process security state from checkpoint data instead of enforcing the destination ContainerConfig. An attacker who can create a container from a crafted checkpoint can supply restored credentials, capabilities, no_new_privs, and seccomp state. The restored process can run as root with full capabilities and no enforced seccomp filters while CRI status reports the requested configuration. Systems that do not use CRI checkpoint restore are not affected. This issue is fixed in versions 2.2.7 and 2.3.4.

CVE-2026-25949Traefik is an HTTP reverse proxy and load balancer. Prior to 3.6.8, there is a potential vulnerability in Traefik managing STARTTLS requests. An unauthenticated client can bypass Traefik entrypoint respondingTimeouts.readTimeout by sending the 8-byte Postgres SSLRequest (STARTTLS) prelude and then stalling, causing connections to remain open indefinitely, leading to a denial of service. This vulnerability is fixed in 3.6.8.

CVE-2026-45571go-git is an extensible git implementation library written in pure Go. Prior to 5.19.1 and 6.0.0-alpha.4, a path validation issue in go-git could allow crafted repository data to affect files outside the intended checkout target, including the repository's .git directory. These validations were introduced in upstream Git years ago, so the vulnerability arose from go-git drifting from those checks. This vulnerability is fixed in 5.19.1 and 6.0.0-alpha.4.

CVE-2026-41131OpenFGA is an authorization/permission engine built for developers. Prior to version 1.14.1, in specific scenarios, models using conditions with caching enabled can result in two different check requests producing the same cache key. This could result in OpenFGA reusing an earlier cached result for a subsequent request. The preconditions for vulnerability are the model having relations which rely on condition evaluation and the user having caching enabled. OpenFGA v1.14.1 contains a fix.

CVE-2026-41485Kyverno is a policy engine designed for cloud native platform engineering teams. Prior to versions 1.17.2 and 1.16.4, an unchecked type assertion in the `forEach` mutation handler allows any user with permission to create a `Policy` or `ClusterPolicy` to crash the cluster-wide background controller into a persistent CrashLoopBackOff. The same bug also causes the admission controller to drop connections and block all matching resource operations. The crash loop persists until the policy is deleted. The vulnerability is confined to the legacy engine, and CEL-based policies are unaffected. Versions 1.17.2 and 1.16.4 fix the issue.

CVE-2026-54448Trivy is a security scanner. Prior to 0.71.0, when Trivy scans a Helm chart archive (.tgz), its custom tar unpacker reads each entry with io.ReadAll(tr) and no size limit. An attacker who can place a malicious .tgz file in the scanned path can craft a small compressed archive that decompresses to gigabytes, causing the Trivy process to be killed by the OS OOM killer. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.71.0.

CVE-2026-41327Dgraph is an open source distributed GraphQL database. Prior to 25.3.3, a vulnerability has been found in Dgraph that gives an unauthenticated attacker full read access to every piece of data in the database. This affects Dgraph's default configuration where ACL is not enabled. The attack is a single HTTP POST to /mutate?commitNow=true containing a crafted cond field in an upsert mutation. The cond value is concatenated directly into a DQL query string via strings.Builder.WriteString after only a cosmetic strings.Replace transformation. No escaping, parameterization, or structural validation is applied. An attacker injects an additional DQL query block into the cond string, which the DQL parser accepts as a syntactically valid named query block. The injected query executes server-side and its results are returned in the HTTP response. This vulnerability is fixed in 25.3.3.
critical
CVE-2026-40924Tekton Pipelines project provides k8s-style resources for declaring CI/CD-style pipelines. Starting in version 1.0.0 and prior to versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1, the HTTP resolver's FetchHttpResource function calls io.ReadAll(resp.Body) with no response body size limit. Any tenant with permission to create TaskRuns or PipelineRuns that reference the HTTP resolver can point it at an attacker-controlled HTTP server that returns a very large response body within the 1-minute timeout window, causing the tekton-pipelines-resolvers pod to be OOM-killed by Kubernetes. Because all resolver types (Git, Hub, Bundle, Cluster, HTTP) run in the same pod, crashing this pod denies resolution service to the entire cluster. Repeated exploitation causes a sustained crash loop. The same vulnerable code path is reached by both the deprecated pkg/resolution/resolver/http and the current pkg/remoteresolution/resolver/http implementations. Versions 1.0.2, 1.3.4, 1.6.2, 1.9.3, and 1.11.1 fix the issue.

CVE-2026-40611Let's Encrypt client and ACME library written in Go (Lego). Prior to 4.34.0, the webroot HTTP-01 challenge provider in lego is vulnerable to arbitrary file write and deletion via path traversal. A malicious ACME server can supply a crafted challenge token containing ../ sequences, causing lego to write attacker-influenced content to any path writable by the lego process. This vulnerability is fixed in 4.34.0.

CVE-2026-25882Fiber is an Express inspired web framework written in Go. A denial of service vulnerability exists in Fiber v2 and v3 that allows remote attackers to crash the application by sending requests to routes with more than 30 parameters. The vulnerability results from missing validation during route registration combined with an unbounded array write during request matching. Version 2.52.12 patches the issue in the v2 branch and 3.1.0 patches the issue in the v3 branch.

CVE-2026-5199A writer role user in an attacker-controlled namespace could signal, delete, and reset workflows or activities in a victim namespace on the same cluster. Exploitation requires the attacker to know or guess specific victim workflow ID(s) and, for signal operations, signal names. This was due to a bug introduced in Temporal Server v1.29.0 which inadvertently allowed an attacker to control the namespace name value instead of using the server's own trusted name value within the batch activity code. The batch activity validated the namespace ID but did not cross-check the namespace name against the worker's bound namespace, allowing the per-namespace worker's privileged credentials to operate on an arbitrary namespace. Exploitation requires a server configuration where internal components have cross-namespace authorization, such as deployment of the internal-frontend service or equivalent TLS-based authorization for internal identities. This vulnerability also impacted Temporal Cloud when the attacker and victim namespaces were on the same cell, with the same preconditions as self-hosted clusters.

CVE-2026-44430The MCP Registry provides MCP clients with a list of MCP servers, like an app store for MCP servers. Prior to 1.7.7, the Registry's HTTP-based namespace verification (POST /v0/auth/http, POST /v0.1/auth/http) uses safeDialContext (internal/api/handlers/v0/auth/http.go:67-110) to refuse dialling private/internal addresses when fetching the well-known public-key file from a publisher-supplied domain. The blocklist (isBlockedIP, lines 125-133) relies entirely on Go stdlib's IsLoopback / IsPrivate / IsLinkLocalUnicast / IsMulticast / IsUnspecified plus a manual CGNAT range. None of these cover IPv6 6to4 (2002::/16), NAT64 (64:ff9b::/96 and 64:ff9b:1::/48 per RFC 8215), or deprecated site-local (fec0::/10) — all of which encode arbitrary IPv4 in the address bits and tunnel to RFC1918 / cloud-metadata services on dual-stack / NAT64-enabled hosts. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.7.

CVE-2026-25121apko allows users to build and publish OCI container images built from apk packages. From version 0.14.8 to before 1.1.1, a path traversal vulnerability was discovered in apko's dirFS filesystem abstraction. An attacker who can supply a malicious APK package (e.g., via a compromised or typosquatted repository) could create directories or symlinks outside the intended installation root. The MkdirAll, Mkdir, and Symlink methods in pkg/apk/fs/rwosfs.go use filepath.Join() without validating that the resulting path stays within the base directory. This issue has been patched in version 1.1.1.

CVE-2026-24843melange allows users to build apk packages using declarative pipelines. In version 0.11.3 to before 0.40.3, an attacker who can influence the tar stream from a QEMU guest VM could write files outside the intended workspace directory on the host. The retrieveWorkspace function extracts tar entries without validating that paths stay within the workspace, allowing path traversal via ../ sequences. This issue has been patched in version 0.40.3.

CVE-2026-88018rclone is a command-line program to sync files and directories to and from different cloud storage providers. Prior to 1.75.1, rclone serve s3 configured with --auth-proxy but without --auth-key allows authPairMiddleware to register any client-chosen accessKeyID with an empty ws.s3Secret. gofakes3 then verifies the request’s SigV4 signature against that same empty secret, while Server.auth passes the access key identifier as both the user and authentication value to the proxy without an independent per-identity secret. An unauthenticated network attacker can therefore choose an arbitrary access key, sign with an empty secret, and reach whatever backend the auth-proxy script resolves for that identity. This issue is fixed in version 1.75.1.
critical
CVE-2026-26018CoreDNS is a DNS server that chains plugins. Prior to version 1.14.2, a denial of service vulnerability exists in CoreDNS's loop detection plugin that allows an attacker to crash the DNS server by sending specially crafted DNS queries. The vulnerability stems from the use of a predictable pseudo-random number generator (PRNG) for generating a secret query name, combined with a fatal error handler that terminates the entire process. This issue has been patched in version 1.14.2.

CVE-2026-32936CoreDNS is a DNS server that chains plugins. In versions prior to 1.14.3, the DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) GET path accepts oversized dns= query parameter values and performs URL query parsing, base64 decoding, and DNS message unpacking before rejecting the request. Unlike the POST path, which applies a bounded read via http.MaxBytesReader limited to 65536 bytes, the GET path has no equivalent size validation before expensive processing. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can repeatedly send oversized DoH GET requests to force high CPU usage, large transient memory allocations, and elevated garbage-collection pressure, leading to denial of service. This issue has been fixed in version 1.14.3.

CVE-2026-40179Prometheus is an open-source monitoring system and time series database. Versions 3.0 through 3.5.1 and 3.6.0 through 3.11.1 have stored cross-site scripting vulnerabilities in multiple components of the Prometheus web UI where metric names and label values are injected into innerHTML without escaping. In both the Mantine UI and old React UI, chart tooltips on the Graph page render metric names containing HTML/JavaScript without sanitization. In the old React UI, the Metric Explorer fuzzy search results use dangerouslySetInnerHTML without escaping, and heatmap cell tooltips interpolate le label values without sanitization. With Prometheus v3.x defaulting to UTF-8 metric and label name validation, characters like <, >, and " are now valid in metric names and labels. An attacker who can inject metrics via a compromised scrape target, remote write, or OTLP receiver endpoint can execute arbitrary JavaScript in the browser of any Prometheus user who views the metric in the Graph UI, potentially enabling configuration exfiltration, data deletion, or Prometheus shutdown depending on enabled flags. This issue has been fixed in versions 3.5.2 and 3.11.2. If developers are unable to immediately update, the following workarounds are recommended: ensure that the remote write receiver (--web.enable-remote-write-receiver) and the OTLP receiver (--web.enable-otlp-receiver) are not exposed to untrusted sources; verify that all scrape targets are trusted and not under attacker control; avoid enabling admin or mutating API endpoints (e.g., --web.enable-admin-api or --web.enable-lifecycle) in environments where untrusted data may be ingested; and refrain from clicking untrusted links, particularly those containing functions such as label_replace, as they may generate poisoned label names and values.

CVE-2026-44428The MCP Registry provides MCP clients with a list of MCP servers, like an app store for MCP servers. Prior to 1.7.6, the client-side and server-side GitHub OIDC flow is bound only to a global audience string, not to the specific registry instance being targeted. On the client side, the publisher always appends audience=mcp-registry when requesting the GitHub Actions ID token, regardless of the selected --registry URL. On the server side, the exchange endpoint validates only that same fixed audience and then derives publish permissions directly from repository_owner. As a result, a token legitimately obtained while interacting with one registry deployment remains acceptable to any other deployment that shares the same code and audience string. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.7.6.

CVE-2026-45738Argo CD is a declarative, GitOps continuous delivery tool for Kubernetes. Prior to 3.2.12, 3.3.10, and 3.4.2, Argo CD users with application write access can set link.argocd.argoproj.io/* annotations whose pipe-separated values are rendered by ui/src/app/applications/components/application-summary/application-summary.tsx in the Summary tab URLs section as anchor href values without URL validation, allowing javascript: execution in a higher-privileged user's authenticated Argo CD origin session. This issue is fixed in versions 3.2.12, 3.3.10, and 3.4.2.

CVE-2026-48978oras-go is a Go library for managing OCI artifacts. Prior to 2.6.1, auth.Client follows the realm URL from a registry's WWW-Authenticate: Bearer challenge without validating the scheme or host, allowing a malicious or compromised registry to cause SSRF to internal networks such as http://169.254.169.254/, http://10.0.0.x/, and http://127.0.0.1/, or to downgrade a registry contacted over https:// to an http:// token endpoint in registry/remote/auth/client.go through Client.Do(), Client.fetchBearerToken(), fetchDistributionToken, and fetchOAuth2Token. This issue is fixed in version 2.6.1.

CVE-2026-53935Cilium is a networking, observability, and security solution. Prior to 1.17.16, from 1.18.2 to 1.18.9, and from 1.19.0 to 1.19.3, users with the ability to create CiliumLocalRedirectPolicies can specify arbitrary ClusterIPs via addressMatcher, enabling hijacking traffic to Services in any namespace and bypassing namespace scoping enforced by serviceMatcher; deleting such a policy can also corrupt Cilium internal service state and stop service translation for the affected Service. This issue is fixed in versions 1.17.16, 1.18.10, and 1.19.4.

CVE-2026-32241Flannel is a network fabric for containers, designed for Kubernetes. The Flannel project includes an experimental Extension backend that allows users to easily prototype new backend types. In versions of Flannel prior to 0.28.2, this Extension backend is vulnerable to a command injection that allows an attacker who can set Kubernetes Node annotations to achieve root-level arbitrary command execution on every flannel node in the cluster. The Extension backend's SubnetAddCommand and SubnetRemoveCommand receive attacker-controlled data via stdin (from the `flannel.alpha.coreos.com/backend-data` Node annotation). The content of this annotation is unmarshalled and piped directly to a shell command without checks. Kubernetes clusters using Flannel with the Extension backend are affected by this vulnerability. Other backends such as vxlan and wireguard are unaffected. The vulnerability is fixed in version v0.28.2. As a workaround, use Flannel with another backend such as vxlan or wireguard.
