Incorrect Default Permissions vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ. This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.7, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.6. The default Jolokia authorization settings granted non-admin (low-privilege) web-login accounts access to Jolokia operations which allowed executing broker management operations meant for admins such as addQueue and removeQueue. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 6.2.6 or 5.19.7, which fixes the issue.

The version of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (formerly IBM Rational DOORS) installed on the remote host is 9.6.1.1 prior or equal to 9.6.1.13 or 9.7.2.1 prior or equal to 9.7.2.11. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the 7279145 advisory.

  - IBM DOORS Web Access do not limit the length of a connection which could allow for a Slowloris HTTP denial     of service attack to take place. This can cause the web server to become unresponsive. (CVE-2024-25039)

  - IBM DOORS Web Access is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated     attacker to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality     potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. (CVE-2025-0152)

  - IBM DOORS Web Access could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information when a detailed     technical error message is returned in the browser. This information could be used in further attacks     against the system. (CVE-2020-4984)

The version of Apache ActiveMQ running on the remote host is prior to 5.19.7 or 6.x prior to 6.2.6. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

  - Improper Input Validation, Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache     ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ All, Apache ActiveMQ. Non-parenthesized discovery wrappers such as     masterslave:vm://...,... and static:vm://... incorrectly pass validation allowing bypass of fix in     CVE-2026-34197. An authenticated attacker can invoke these operations with a crafted discovery URI that triggers     the VM transport's brokerConfig parameter to load a remote Spring XML application context using     ResourceXmlApplicationContext. Because Spring's ResourceXmlApplicationContext instantiates all singleton beans     before the BrokerService validates the configuration, arbitrary code execution occurs on the broker's JVM through     bean factory methods such as Runtime.exec(). (CVE-2026-45505)

  - Incomplete authorization by Apache ActiveMQ server allows authenticated connections to remove existing     destinations with proper permissions. (CVE-2026-46605)

  - Incorrect Default Permissions vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ. The default Jolokia authorization settings     granted non-admin (low-privilege) web-login accounts access to Jolokia operations which allowed executing broker     management operations meant for admins such as addQueue and removeQueue. (CVE-2026-49157)
