Improper Input Validation, Improper Control of Generation of Code ('Code Injection') vulnerability in Apache ActiveMQ Broker, Apache ActiveMQ. Apache ActiveMQ Classic exposes the Jolokia JMX-HTTP bridge at /api/jolokia/ on the web console. The default Jolokia access policy permits exec operations on all ActiveMQ MBeans (org.apache.activemq:*), including BrokerService.addNetworkConnector(String) and BrokerService.addConnector(String). An authenticated attacker can invoke these operations with a crafted discovery URI that triggers the VM transport's brokerConfig parameter to load a remote Spring XML application context using ResourceXmlApplicationContext. Because Spring's ResourceXmlApplicationContext instantiates all singleton beans before the BrokerService validates the configuration, arbitrary code execution occurs on the broker's JVM through bean factory methods such as Runtime.exec(). This issue affects Apache ActiveMQ Broker: before 5.19.4, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.3; Apache ActiveMQ All: before 5.19.4, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.3; Apache ActiveMQ: before 5.19.4, from 6.0.0 before 6.2.3. Users are recommended to upgrade to version 5.19.4 or 6.2.3, which fixes the issue

Exploitation has been reported for this Apache ActiveMQ vulnerability. Immediate patching is recommended.

Newly disclosed flaw in Apache ActiveMQ. While no indication it has been exploited yet, researchers recommend reviewing broker logs for signs of exploitation.

The version of IBM Engineering Requirements Management DOORS (formerly IBM Rational DOORS) installed on the remote host is 9.6.1.1 prior or equal to 9.6.1.13 or 9.7.2.1 prior or equal to 9.7.2.11. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the 7279145 advisory.

  - IBM DOORS Web Access do not limit the length of a connection which could allow for a Slowloris HTTP denial     of service attack to take place. This can cause the web server to become unresponsive. (CVE-2024-25039)

  - IBM DOORS Web Access is vulnerable to cross-site scripting. This vulnerability allows an unauthenticated     attacker to embed arbitrary JavaScript code in the Web UI thus altering the intended functionality     potentially leading to credentials disclosure within a trusted session. (CVE-2025-0152)

  - IBM DOORS Web Access could allow a remote attacker to obtain sensitive information when a detailed     technical error message is returned in the browser. This information could be used in further attacks     against the system. (CVE-2020-4984)

The version of Apache ActiveMQ running on the remote host is prior to 5.19.4 or 6.x prior to 6.2.3. It is, therefore, affected by an improper input validation and code injection vulnerability:

  - ActiveMQ Classic exposes the Jolokia JMX-HTTP bridge at /api/jolokia/ with a default access policy that permits     exec operations on ActiveMQ MBeans. An authenticated attacker can exploit specific broker operations with a crafted     discovery URI that manipulates the VM transport's brokerConfig parameter to load a remote Spring XML context. Since     Spring instantiates singleton beans before validation occurs, arbitrary code execution can occur on the broker's     JVM through bean factory methods such as Runtime.exec(). (CVE-2026-34197)
