Microsoft QUIC Denial of Service Vulnerability

The version of Tencent Linux installed on the remote TencentOS Server 4 host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the TSSA-2024:0680 advisory.

    Package updates are available for TencentOS Server 4 that fix the following vulnerabilities:

  - A vulnerability exists in the ASP.NET Core Kestrel web server where a malicious client may flood the   server with specially crafted HTTP/2 requests, causing denial of service. (CVE-2023-44487)

  - A null pointer vulnerability exists in MsQuic.dll which may lead to Denial of Service. This issue only   affects Windows systems. (CVE-2023-38171)

  - A memory leak vulnerability exists in MsQuic.dll which may lead to Denial of Service. This issue only   affects Windows systems. (CVE-2023-36435)

The version of Microsoft .NET Core SDK installed on the remote host is 6.0.x prior to 6.0.123, 6.0.x prior to 6.0.318, 6.0.x prior to 6.0.414, 7.0.x prior to 7.0.112 or 7.0.x prior to 7.0.309 or 7.0.x prior to 7.0.402.
It is, therefore, affected by multiple vulnerabilities, as follows:
