Description

Vulnerability in the Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management product of Oracle Communications Applications (component: Billing Care). Supported versions that are affected are 12.0.0.4.0-12.0.0.6.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in takeover of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management. CVSS 3.1 Base Score 8.1 (Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability impacts).
